Returning

It’s been eight and a half year since our first trip together in Bangkok. Once again, we will stay in Metropark, the same condominium that welcomed and hosted us in 2014. How will it feel? Will it have any of its magic? You don’t cross the same river twice but you can cross it and remember, reflect on who you were when you crossed it the first time, assess your journey and adjust your route.

I have changed a lot since then but not all changes were positive. Although I am more active and I make more money, my artistic view is lost. I don’t journal, I don’t think, I have zero artistic ambitions other than sell my products and I am not currently working on any art projects. I’ve become a shallow, money driven woman. My return to Bangkok is my chance to change this. The moment I step my foot on the exotic land I will return to who I used to be but keep all the progress I’ve done on myself.

I will read the books I like, journal daily, listen to music, exercise and eat healthy. I will start working on Poeticscapes and begin a project in Asia. It’s time to say goodbye to the shallow Anna and revive the deep, thoughtful, mature, sophisticated Anna of 2014. There will be writing, photos, music and poetry. Lots of it!https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1AxkGCiwIRUiDz2pHe0EhoFkrCmnfNH7d

We are landing! Bangkok is beneath our feet and our nomadic life resumes. Back where we started, at the land of smiles. Chao Phraya looks like a gigantic snake, shinning magnificently among this city. It’s sunny and it will be hot. The sky is as clear as the sky can be here. It feels like all the tiredness I had was lifted and I’m ready to venge on our first adventure.

Off we go!
